Pros:
He has connections I don't have
Some studios won't talk to you unless you have an agent
Someone else can worry about where I am working
I'll get more work
He'll be able to connect me to other models
I'll have someone riding me to work more
Cons:
He takes a percentage
I can't take be super picky
Some studios won't work WITH you if you have an agent
I'll have someone riding me to work more
If they're outta town I will never get to know them
