Letters From My Death Bed...

Hey guys it's Logan. I am writing you this from what very well might be my death bed. Why do I say this... Because who get the flu in July? Alright, go ahead and make your swine flu jokes... I'll wait right here why you go to the comments box and make every little clever swine flu comments your warped brains can come up with. (Yeah, I'm talking to you guy who told me to die so you could date Aiden.) Alright, if you are done making your comments I will proceed. I just figured I'd talk about some porn stuff tonight. What does one do to keep one's sanity when the porn star is away playing... (Not watching Elektra that's for sure, I am NOT digging this movie.) I talked to a fellow porn boyfriend over the 4th of July holiday who went with his boy to a shoot. This is something I don't think I could do... It's better to get a text that says "TTYL BABE, SCENE STARTING." then distract yourself for a few hours. I usually plan on hanging out with Matt during shoot weeks, (he knows our dirty secrets) seeing like every movie that is out, or working a hell of a lot. (The last one usually is the best option because I get so frustrated with retail my boyfriend being fucked seems like a walk in the park.)
I have also found that it is easier to not watch the scenes that Aiden is in. In fact we don't even own POPPING HIS CHERRY. (Though I'd like to see it once.) The only works of Aiden's I ever see are the stills we slap on the blog for publicity. We live normal lives outside of shoot weeks. Our bedroom has no porn in it. The only photos of Aiden are the ones beside our bed of he and I at Pride 08 being goofballs.
It makes it easier when I have some control over the situation. For example, I get to help pick out flight times or this for example. When I get to blog it connects me to this world that I'm not really in but when you're with someone you need to not completely isolate yourself from aspects of their life.
I've also found it therapeutic to have friends that are going through the same things that you are. Marcus Wyler and I have an understanding of things most gay men couldn't fathom. (This is not talking down to anyone, but how many men know that thousands and thousands of men are pleasuring themselves looking at someone performing one of their most intimate acts. Then again, sometimes Aiden and I play on Web Cam!)
But I think one of the parts that really does it for me is that excitement of booking a shoot. For example, in a few moments we will be sending Aiden photo sets to Chi Chi Larue directly to see if the goddess of all porn has any use for him at the current time, or when we were waiting to hear back from Afton Nill's about Twinklight. (He never returned Aiden's e-mail, most porn companies do not do the courtesy of declining like other performance arts.) We are waiting to hear about July's shoot in Fort Lauderdale at the moment. (Though this is kinda nerve wracking because our Disney vacation rides on this shoot!)

It can be tough. It really can be. But overall I look at this way. This is something he really wants to do and makes him happy. You guys get him the next few years, if all goes well. I get him the rest of our lives, or till we break up. Whatever comes first.

Work and Pleasure

Well News: I will be returning to Fort Lauderdale in late July for some shoots.

That is all I really have today and now I want to talk about comic books. If you don't like comic books return tomorrow for a non comic related blog... Here are some photos to tide you over... My comic talk after the jump. (There will be spoilers.)







Yup it was Comic Porn. (But hey it is my blog.) Okay, so for anyone who lives in the Marvel U(niverse) you know that everything is topsy turvy with ol' Norman Osborn in control but there are some things going on I just don't understand right now. (Granted I only follow like six series.) Lets just start with the obvious... Why the hell have they handed the reigns over to Normal Osborn? That would be like us handing the keys to the kingdom to Osama Bin Ladin. You just don't forget and forgive mass murderers! I mean I get that it is a comic book and I really do like the idea of the villains in charge but why didn't an underling take over and Norman be the one pulling his strings. Secondly, if this is truly a post civil war government operation why is H.A.M.M.E.R. based out of Colorado and not D.C. like every other defense department?

Those are my two complaints with the overall story line. Now I'd like to move on to Ms.Marvel... Does anyone else find it kinda jarring they went back to the idea of the story teller? (Do we even know what happened to Devin after the Ms.Marvel: Storyteller one shot?) I'm just curious why Marvel keeps relying on reality altering characters to jar change. I would ask what anyone else thought about the death of Carol Danvers, but after last issue... It is a little more than obvious. Don't get me wrong THIS is my favorite storyline and I really was upset when she died but if you're gonna fake the death of the title character, make it a big deal and don't be like... She blew up... moving on. I would of have loved to see mourning and sorrow but everyone else was like, 'Welp, that sucks." But since the blue entity put the Ms.Marvel logo on the ground I think it is safe to say the Storyteller babies will bring back Carol and all will be well plus.... have you seen this week's cover?

Dead Pool - I know right now the Merc with the Mouth is just having some crazy antics with Hawkeye/Bullseye and is going to run off and be a pirate but I'm so confused why such a keyplayer in this game is being treated so lightly. Yes, I know he's Dead Pool but Ms.Marvel and him are the two that could destroy Norman and they're kinda brushed aside.

Elektra - Does anyone know what "The Stars Are Safe In The Sky Means?" I just read issue 4 and I think I missed something.

War Machine - What in the heck did that whole Zombie Computer virus have to do with anything in WAR MACHINE DARK REIGN.

Dark Avengers - I think they are going to be crucial in final hours of Norman's Dark Reign but does anyone else feel like they are off doing their own thing right now and for people as close to Norman as they are not really involved.

I want to say again I LOVE Marvel and I LOVE Dark Reign but I do have the question :

How are Dead Pool , Hawk Eye, Norman, etc... in so many books and never reference it in the other books what went on? (I know they have 30 pages to tell the story.) But it really just feels like Hawkeye/Bullseye is on EVERY book trying to kill EVERYone. (I am not really following his book till the TPB.)

There are some books I follow but only as TPB (Trade Paper Backs) or HC (Hardcovers) if I find them used (Or you want to buy them for me!): Wolverine Origins, New Avengers, Mighty Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man, and the various odds and ends like I will get the mini-series in TPB when they come out.

So I am watching THE COLOR PURPLE with Logan. The boy loves this movie (I love the musical) so I think we watch it every few months or so. He cries like a little girl every time. But I enjoy it. Today was kind of a strange day. Logan stayed at home and claimed to be in a "funk" while I went to a pool party with friends. So somehow I thought my hiatus had only been a few days. Nope... It's been quite a bit! I am very sorry for that, where I was staying in Arizona did not have access to the internet except at the Boy Crush office and it is a little weird to be like hey guys, can I blog on your expensive editing equipment? Why don't Logan blog you ask... HEY LOGAN! WHY DIDN'T YOU BLOG!! There we go... He's in the corner on a time out. So much to tell you guys! But most of it I can't tell you! (That's a little unfair isn't it?)

Where shall we start? How about with the porn? Seems logical doesn't it? I filmed two scenes this weekend in the Boy Crush studios the first one was a solo scene that involved me and the Rascal a very, very, long anal toy. It kind of looks like a butt plug but it is much bigger. It was ALOT of fun to play with. My second scene was with Rad Matthews, a hot twink with an even hotter cock. Other then that I really enjoyed my time out in Arizona. I got to meet some fun people and hang out with some old friends. It is always good to see everyone. (I learned I don't like smoking from a Hooka!) Though I always have the worst luck when it comes to flying! My plane leaving Houston going out to Arizona was unable to take off because of bad weather in Phoenix so I was delayed two hours going there. The same thing happened on the way home last night! There was bad weather in Denver and if I chose to go to Denver and not stay in Phoenix over night I risk being stranded in Denver! So, I would have much rather have stayed in a house with people I knew in Phoenix than to have sat alone and read my book in Denver. (Logan wasn't happy that I wasn't coming home though!) But on my way to get my bag I was stopped by the man at the desk who I had offered to give up my seat earlier (The flight was oversold). I was told because I was going to give up my seat he could get me on direct flight home that night, I would just have to get my bag the next day (Today) from the airport. So after like hours of airport drama I got home last night and just had to have Logan take me to the airport to get my bag today. (Which has a lot of photos in it that Brian from Boy Crush took of me for the blog, he is a fantastic photographer!) I did have to chuckle a little when I saw that my dildo was at the top of my bag. (I had wrapped it in a shirt, which means my bag was checked and someone found the rubber blue dildo that I shove in me before I bottom! Suckers!)

If you are asking why I travel with a dildo when I'm going to spend the weekend getting fucked on camera. Afton Nills once told me during the filming of POPPING HIS CHERRY that I should loosen up before a scene that way we don't waste valuable filming time. When I filmed with Xander on PHC it took a bit for him to ease in. But hey, he was POPPING MY CHERRY! So that is why it travels everywhere with me! So... I have two big announcements. And I can't tell you either. One is going to happen come August... Or September. And I expect everyone to partake in what is going to happen. The other is HUGE for my career but tentative. It really could change a lot of things in my life. So stay tuned everyone.
