One part I would consider to live is austin, and I live near washington dc, nothing more annoying then dallas cowboy fans, and im not even a football guy :P
this video covered a lot of stuff but it did not get to any part of its history or at least non of the important stuff. Or at least the medicial area, i know its right down the road from rice village and all that area. I love Houston but that video just showed about half of what there is to do. moody garden and things like that would have been a good touch. LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS!!if you know your history you know Sam Houston said that.
Lived in Houston for three years back in the 90's. Was a regular when Empire Cafe opened (I lusted hard after one of the guys behind the counter). Spent way too much cash at Brazos Bookstore, Lobos (I hear it closed), and of course Half-Price. Is Barnaby's still open? What about Charlie's Diner in Montrose? And fell in love with a drag queen who used to dance at a club named Heaven's.
Adrian - - I agree... there is some cool stuff behind Houston. And we are a world leader in health, and Galveston is such a rich area for history and attractions, minus the beach. I was let down they didn't talk about after hours Houston. Not many cities have clubs open till 5am. Okay well... That I know of... I'm sure I'll be corrected! But I'm okay with that!
James - Empire is still here. Brazos Bookstore... Never heard of it. Lobos was closed down because they were renting porno tapes to minors the man who ran it opened a chain of stores and gas stations, and a Asian dining establishment all named Hollywood. It's going very strong and you can buy anything there! Even Aiden Ash Porn! There are now 4 Barnaby's the Fairview location (x2), River Oaks, and Shepard. Charlie's is another I've not heard of... And Heaven burned down years ago I'm told... It was replaced by a club called South Beach... my home on the weekends!
Thus far I've met some great people and had a great time getting naked and being filmed. I'd love to keep doing it, more so, I'd love you to keep watching <3 Aiden

Charlie's probably closed down. All night diner near the corner of Montrose and Westheimer.
Glad to hear Heaven was replaced. Enjoy your week-end and have fun dancing tonight.
